How Parish Brewing Scales Massive Beer Releases and Taproom Sales with Arryved
Parish Brewing scales high-traffic beer drops and taproom sales with Arryved’s brewery-specific POS and Web Solutions.

At Parish Brewing Co. in Broussard, Louisiana, hype isn’t an accident—it’s engineered. Known for cult-favorite releases like DDH Ghost in the Machine and a track record of brewing over 120 different beers, Parish has built a loyal fan base that shows up online and in person. To power both their high-traffic web store and fast-paced taproom, they turn to a fully integrated tech stack with Arryved POS and Web Solutions.
Built for Beer—And Built to Scale
Parish first partnered with Craftpeak (now known as Arryved Web Solutions) in 2019 when it was clear their previous website just couldn’t keep up. “We had 3,000 people online during a release and the system broke,” recalls Carli Graf, Business Manager at Parish. They needed a platform built for beer-specific eCommerce—something that could handle big drops, pick-up orders, and DTC shipping all at once.
Arryved delivered. Parish now runs major pre-sales with confidence, using features like waiting room queuing to manage online traffic and sell up to 200 cases in a single day. “From start to finish, it was great working with the team,” Carli says. “They know about the beer industry and can spot trends among customers.”
POS That Fits the Flow of the Brewery
When Parish made the switch to Arryved POS in 2021, they were looking for a system tailored to breweries—and one that integrated with their production software, Ekos. “Ekos is the mecca of our production,” Carli explains, “so having Arryved integrate seamlessly was a big win.”
Since then, Parish has added Arryved Pay, praising the easy transition and guest-friendly payment options like Apple Pay and tap-to-pay. They’ve also implemented Arryved Loyalty, which has become a guest favorite—especially for one taproom regular who’s racked up over a million points.
Inventory Confidence, Online and Off
Parish’s integrated web store syncs directly with their Arryved POS, which prevents them from overselling online merch—a pain point with their previous system. “We’re constantly trying to dial in merch and figure out what people are buying,” Carli says. “Now we don’t have to worry about disconnects between our Taproom and the website.”
She also noted a major upgrade in reliability. “Our old POS used to go offline, and we were out of luck. With Arryved, we haven’t had that issue—and even if we lost internet, offline mode has us covered.”
A Trusted Partner in Growth
Whether it’s launching new beverage lines or rolling out loyalty, Carli values the consultative relationship she’s built with Arryved. “It’s nice to work with a team that’s well-versed in the beer world,” she says. “We feel comfortable going to Arryved to understand what we actually need—and what we don’t.”
The Results
Since launching with Arryved, Parish has seen steady growth in both taproom and online sales—largely from organic demand and loyal fans. “We don’t even market our online store much, but it still performs,” Carli notes. “It’s just that dialed in.”
