ARRYVED PRODUCT SUPPORT WINS BRONZE STEVIE® AWARD

Arryved Product Support wins top honors for customer service.

Stevie Awards

Arryved, the leading point-of-service (POS) provider for food, drink, music, and hospitality establishments, announces their Product Support Team was presented with a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Customer Service Department of the Year – Computer Software category in the 16th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals.  The Stevie Awards organizes eight of the world’s leading business awards programs, also including the prestigious American Business Awards® and International Business Awards®.

Winners will be recognized during a virtual awards ceremony on May 11.

More than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry, as well as in 51 nations, were considered in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 150 professionals worldwide on eight specialized judging committees.

This award is a testament to the Arryved Support Team’s dedication to and proven excellence in superb customer service. Arryved Support operates 7 days a week, 13 hours a day, with smiles so palpable that customers can feel them through the phone even at 10 PM on a Friday. The team has experienced incredibly low turnover at less than 1%, which is frankly unheard of in the current resignation-heavy landscape. Not only that, but since July 2019, 39% of Support Team members have grown into other roles within the company, sprinkling industry expertise across Arryved teams.

The consistency in which the Arryved Support Team goes above and beyond for Arryved users is the foundation of this award, with pages upon pages of supporting documentation from Arryved customers singing their praises. Customers that switch their POS systems to Arryved tell the Support Team with resounding relief that they no longer dread dealing with technical support.

Tracy Bardugon, Taproom Manager at Fire Maker Brewing Company in Atlanta, GA said, “My favorite part about Arryved is absolutely the team behind Arryved. They are very customer-centric, very kind people. I absolutely adore all of them and they never make me feel bad for calling in! The benefit is that it is an extremely easy point of sale system to use but the best part is the people.”

“The nominations we received for the 2022 competition illustrate that business development, customer service, and sales professionals worldwide, in all sorts of organizations, have continued to innovate, thrive, and meet customer expectations during the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Stevie Awards president Maggie Gallagher Miller.  “The judges have recognized and rewarded their achievements, and we join them in applauding this year’s winners for their continued success.  We look forward to recognizing them on May 11.”
