Arryved Product Support Wins Stevie® Award in 2023 Stevie Awards For Sales & Customer Service
Arryved Product Support wins top honors for customer service.
March 6, 2023 – Arryved Support has been presented with a Silver Stevie® Award in the Customer Service Department of the Year – Computer Software – Up to 100 Employees category in the 17th annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service.
The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals. The Stevie Awards organizes eight of the world’s leading business awards programs, also including the prestigious American Business Awards® and International Business Awards®.
Winners were announced during a gala event attended by more than 400 professionals from around the world at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada on Friday, March 3.
This year’s competition was stiff: More than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry, in 49 nations and territories, were considered. The average scores of more than 170 professionals worldwide on seven specialized judging committees determined winners. Entries were considered in more than 90 categories for customer service and contact center achievements, including Contact Center of the Year, Award for Innovation in Customer Service, and Customer Service Department of the Year.

Being awarded a Bronze Stevie® Award last year and taking home the Silver this year is a testament to Arryved’s continued commitment to exceptional customer service.
The Arryved Support Team’s helpfulness isn’t limited to simply phone calls and emails. During the COVID shutdowns in 2020, the Arryved team custom-built hundreds of merchant websites in order to facilitate off-premise ordering. These websites allowed Arryved merchants to continue bringing in revenue, and in some cases prevented businesses from having to shut down completely.
This effort hasn’t gone unnoticed by Arryved customers. Chris Anderson-Tarver, the General Manager at Denver Distillery, said, “When [Arryved] came up, on really short notice, with the online ordering, that was huge for us. Especially because we desperately needed that during the pandemic, and I know the team had been working on that for a while. It helped us a ton with not feeling like we were floundering… ‘Oh, we’re not losing money that we otherwise would be bringing in.’”
One of the judges in this year’s competition shared a similar sentiment: “Helping your customers out in challenging times with what sounds like a lot of extra work, your people were (en-)abled to wow your customers with great experiences, keeping the human touch at the core. Great work, that’s what customer centricity is all about.”
